Terms and Conditions – Programme Fees and Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:
   Programme fees are refundable if a candidate requests a refund within the first month from the commencement date of the programme. This allows the seat to be reallocated to applicants on the waiting list.
2. Exceptional Circumstances:
   In cases of exceptional medical circumstances, a refund may be considered after the first month. Such requests must be supported by an official letter from a relevant medical specialist confirming the diagnosis and verifying that the candidate’s medical condition prevents them from continuing with the programme.
3. Approval Process:
   All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the London Global Emergency Medicine Programme Committee, and any approved refund will be processed in accordance with the institution’s financial policies.
