London Global Emergency Medicine (LGEM) is a pioneering training platform dedicated to doctors in the UK and worldwide who want to grow in the field of Emergency Medicine but may not be on formal training pathways.

Our programmes are designed especially for non-trainee doctors, providing them with the knowledge, skills, and mentorship needed to progress in their careers. We believe every doctor deserves the opportunity to learn, develop, and lead, regardless of background or circumstance.

Backed by years of experience through our parent organisation, London Clinical Courses (established in 2013), we have successfully trained over 5,000 international medical graduates and UK-based doctors, helping many achieve success in MRCEM and FRCEM exams.

Our faculty is made up of highly experienced, UK-trained Emergency Medicine consultants. Many are MRCEM and FRCEM examiners and members of the national EM training programme interview panels.

We actively teach both junior and senior registrars and are closely involved with the Royal College of Emergency Medicine curriculum. This ensures our training stays up to date with the latest guidelines and clinical practice.

What makes us unique is that our faculty members are not just instructors - they are practising Emergency Medicine consultants holding FRCEM and other top clinical and academic qualifications, working on the frontline every day. This means our teaching is practical, relevant, and grounded in real-world experience.
