Week 3 – Communication Skills (Station 3)

Breaking bad news, Risk conversations, Consent, Procedure complications, DNAR discussions

Week 4 – History Taking Masterclass

Acute and complex histories: Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath, Acute Confusion, Weight Loss, Seizures, PMR

Week 5 – Examination Consolidation (Mixed Circuits)

Full Station 1 & 2 circuits covering Cardio, Resp, Abdomen, Neuro, Endocrine, Rheumatology

Week 6 – Challenging Communication Scenarios (Advanced Station 3)

Conflict resolution, Ethical dilemmas, Capacity assessment, Safeguarding, Refusal of treatment

Week 7 – Clinical Reasoning & Data Interpretation (Stations 4 & 5)

ECGs, Chest X-Rays, Bloods/ABGs, Endocrine Profiles

Paired consultations: Hyperkalaemia, Hyponatraemia, Sepsis review

Week 8 – Final Full Mock PACES Circuits
